Citywest Hotel

Clean brand-new hotel with very good staff and food

I enjoyed it, staff and food were excellent. The room met needs, high standard on the 4th floor. The in-house restaurant on the 1st floor and the poolside bar.

Nothing to dislike.

Brilliant accommodation with handy setting not far from airport as well as the city center.

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.

With the help of the efficient staff, we had a very pleasant stay. Plenty of outstanding options for meal.

friendly multilingual staff, air conditioned rooms in an absolutely fabulous location. the place was close to saggart city centre. stunning view of lake.

Practical location and overall the staff was responsive. The staff did all they can for a warm stay. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of dishes. Enjoyed Saggart, the hotel was upscale. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was scenic!

Nothing at all.

Everything was really good and loved my stay there. Absolutely perfect location to gibbons. Service was really great, that made the hotel homey place.

It was perfectly clean, staff was welcoming. Delicious breakfast and lots of goodies. And it also had picturesque view. They made my stay peaceful.

The staff was sweet and the service was exceptional, so it was best stay. It was perfect & immaculate room. Efficient check in and fast check out.

Quite warm venue, yet there were OUTSTANDING staff and location. I got free upgrade and loved it. Moreover, the area was very quiet.

Unfortunately wifi was very poor.

Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the whole place. It was relaxing time in Saggart...

The pool was great. Located in 35 minutes' drive to the airport. Free parking located on-site...

We liked it. Birdcage Cafe is just a walk down to the hotel. It was truly a GREAT stay.
